Licensed and experienced physical therapists work to help clients overcome pain and injuries that impact their ability to function to their normal level of activity and fully enjoying their quality of life.
We use a variety of different types of therapy to treat each client holistically and not only relief pain and enhance healing, but ensure that an injury does not continue to reoccur.
We know that our clients want to live full, active lives and we set up long-term programs of care to ensure that they perform optimally throughout their lives as they re-engage with their sport of choice.
We use a hands-on technique known as manual therapy to mobilize and manipulate your body in an effort to decrease pain and increase your range of motion.
Manual therapy is very effective in adding flexibility to stiff joints and muscles.
This treatment, coupled with prescribed exercises, allows clients to regain their strength faster, especially when they can work on their rehabilitation at home between visits.
Amino Neuro Frequency Therapy
Amino Neuro Frequency Therapy is one of the most amazing new physical therapy techniques to come out of Europe. Not only is it new, but it is extremely effective in relieving pain, including chronic, lingering, debilitating pain. It achieves relief for the client without the use of pharmaceuticals or the necessity of surgery.
This therapy uses a patch in the shape of a circular disc. The patch is made out of carbonized metal which can hold a specific frequency. The patch can say on a client’s skin for up to three days and hold a specific frequency.
In all, there are more than 120 different patches and Dr. Dan Carmack is specially trained and certified to determine which one is best to treat a specific condition.
When the patch is applied to the client’s skin, their body head activates the frequency in the patch. It can stay on your skin for up to three days and hold a specific frequency.
In our experience and in the reports of others, it great increases the speed of the patient’s response time. Since adding this modality to our treatment options, we have become increasingly amazed at our success rates in achieving lasting pain relief.

Dry needling is a special procedure that helps reduce acute or chronic pain in clients. It works by reducing muscle tension, promoting healing, and increasing their range of motion.
Dr. Dan Carmack is specially certified to deliver dry needling therapy.
You may benefit from it greatly if you are enduring neck, back or shoulder pain, arm pain, headaches, jaw pain, fibromyalgia or osteroarthritis of the joints or temporomandibular disorder (TMJ), among other conditions.
Dry needling involves having a certified practitioner insert a disposable filament needle into your skin and muscle tissue.
The needles are directed at the myofascial trigger points that cause and refer pain throughout the body. High concentrations of chemicals that cause pain can be found in these trigger points.
When the needle is inserted, it helps to normalize these chemical levels and decrease muscle tension and pain.
Back and Neck Pain
Lower and upper back pain and neck pain remains a common reason people seek physical therapy. All of these conditions seriously impact a person’s quality of lie and hinder them from participating in their normal level of activity.
We will work with you to determine the root cause of your pain and then prepare a customized treatment plan to bring you lasting relief and address the underlying cause of the pain.
In additional to physical and manual therapy, we have a number of specialized therapies that may be effective for you to return to your active life and live fully without pain.
Over-exertion or repetitive strain and poor posture are among the causes of shoulder pain.
Because the shoulder is a ball and socket joint that has the greatest range of movement in the body, it is also the most apt to sustain injury if certain muscles are not working properly.
This can manifest itself as bursitis, tendonitis, and impingement syndrome, among other conditions.
Joint dislocations and instability can also bring pain and injury to the shoulder as well as irritated nerves. We also see clients with a condition called frozen shoulder which is characterized by restricted movement and pain.
We treat shoulder pain with hands-on movement-based approaches as well as other therapies coupled with conditioning programs to build strength and prevent recurring injuries.
Sprained ankles, a term used to describe the condition of the ligaments of the ankle being injured and torn by sudden stretching, is pain and a reason behind many of our client visits.
The ankle can become sprained on both the outer or inner portions of the ankle joint. The issue is that once it happens, it is more likely to happen again, so we take considerable care to show clients how to build up their strength in the weakened area. This is often through stability exercises that can be done at home between visits to the clinic.
In practices such as ours where many of our clients are active and movement-conscious, cases of knee pain are increasing.
We assess the knee to determine the root cause of the pain and then combine hands-on therapy with other effective therapies to help clients reduce inflammation and pain and recover.
We often combine physical therapy and manual therapy with a series of prescribed exercises to help you build strength as you recover from injuries.
